UK, Warrington, October 11, 2004 - Xpert Communications today announced that it has appointed Craig McCalley as Sales Director, Finance and Retail. McCalley will be responsible for all sales within the finance and retail sectors exploiting the strong position Xpert Communications already has in these markets. Prior to joining Xpert Communications, McCalley was Sales Director of MiTech managing a team of 21 across the UK for three years. During his time at MiTech, McCalley built an excellent track record working with customers, advising on and implementing networking technologies and convergence requirements.

Prior to the merger of Xpert Systems and Genesis Telecommunications, Genesis held strong brand awareness within the retail and finance markets and I know Craig will seize the challenge to ensure that this awareness is transferred successfully to Xpert Communications.
